The 17th of April marked the first milestone in this year's SiGMA Conference; the official announcement of the conference dates. The SiGMA magazine is launched twice a year and is highly relevant although relatively new within the iGaming industry. The Malta iGaming Summit, will happen between the 4th and the 7th of November 2015 with Ulrik Bengtsson on the opening panel like last year.
The Betsson Group was at the centre of the Press Release on the 17th because
the Group made the cover story with the Ulrik Bengtsson interview as cover feature.
The article based on the interview between Eman Pulis (organiser of SiGMA) and Ulrik Bengtsson (Betsson Malta Group CEO) entitled ‘Focusing on what matters for the customer’, speaks of the customers central role in the Betsson Group’s Strategy. Betsson is today largely acknowledged as a leader in the iGaming industry, much due to the work that has been done in turning the company truly customer centric.
During the interview Ulrik spoke about the Maltese environment as a place to relocate and do business, Betsson’s recent performance, acquisitions and organic growth. Ulrik talked about how moving from mobile first to a seamless customer experience across touch-points has enabled the Betsson Group to truly put the customer first.
