Betsson wins Customer Service EGR Nordics Award  

Yesterday morning Ulrik Bengtsson was invited to talk on one of the panel discussions at the EGR Online Gambling Meeting about the Nordic markets. The current situation in Sweden and Norway is not a healthy one for the industry. One of Ulrik’s key points was that legislation will create a healthier ecosystem in the future.

The discussion touched many key aspects of the Nordic markets and how these differ from other markets. The discussion closed with reflections and predictions vis-a-vis the future of online gaming where the prediction from Betsson was that in the future gaming companies will spend larger part of their resources to build great experiences and less of their resources to shout about it.

In the evening EGR hosted the yearly EGR Nordics Awards; a prestigious event that rewards gaming operators for excellence in various areas such as Responsible Gaming and Service. The Betsson Group was nominated for Responsible Gaming, Sportsbook and Customer Service and took home the Award for Best Customer Service Operator in the Nordic gaming industry beating competitors like Casumo, Leo vegas and Mr.Green. 

This was the second time in a row we won the Customer Service Award from EGR. It is an amazing achievement that validates our unrelenting determination to provide the best Customer Service in our industry. A big well done to all those involved in customer service enjoy a well deserved reward for another year of hard work.
