At a ceremony held in St Julian’s last night, the Betsson Group brands Betsson and NordicBet saw off the competition to add to their growing number accolades for outstanding customer service and product offering.
The awards come hot on the heels of Betsson.com also winning Best Customer Service at the European-wide EGR awards in London in November while Nordicbet was named the Best Norwegian Bookmaker of the Year by an independent review by TIPS betting newspaper.
In the same month, another Betsson Group brand, Betsafe made it to the top 50 companies list in the UK for customer service excellence.
It was the second consecutive year that the Betsafe Customer Service team has made the list in this prestigious line-up of companies who excel at offering customers the very best.
The EGR Nordics award 2017 ceremony attracted industry professionals from the world’s leading online gaming firms, who gathered to celebrate operational excellence and commercial success for gaming companies operating in the Nordic region.
